The Joyce and Tatum Team kicked off in 2002 - almost 20 years ago.

We have helped over 300 buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals - whether that is finding them their dream home, their first home, their downsize home or investment property.

Although we both live and do the majority of our business in the mid-peninsula, we work on a referral basis which takes us from San Francisco to San Jose whenever a past client or referral needs our help.

Joyce Romeo

Joyce Romeo is a Bay Area native who brings over 20 years of business expertise in marketing, strategy and management to her real estate career.

She received her MBA from Santa Clara University and Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University, and has held project management and strategic planning positions with leading technology and consulting corporations.

Joyce is dedicated to getting every aspect of the job done behind the scenes and ensuring a smooth close of escrow. She is one of those gifted people who just knows how to make things happen, no matter what’s needed. Joyce and her husband Mike currently live in San Carlos with their three children Giovanni, Matteo, and Julianna.

Tatum Clarke

Tatum Clarke has lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and Communications, she moved to the Bay Area with her husband Sean, a peninsula native.

Tatum has many years of sales, negotiation, PR, and media experience which give her a significant edge in the real estate profession. She meets new people literally every day, so she always knows the right person to solve any problem or answer any question you may have.

Tatum is highly regarded by her real estate peers as deeply knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced. Tatum and Sean reside in Redwood City with their daughter Paige and son Cameron.
